Old School TIU - 2015 Bikini Series Week 2

Just got back from Sunday 5k and as expected, this series is a lot more challenging than the current app programs.* I think the only unsustainable schedule issue is a true rest day - I built one into week 2 but you may want to consider doing something similar each week. off to go meal prep and uh, foam roll for sure.

2015 Bikini Series Week 2 Schedule

Monday: Beach Bombshell + String Bikini (App)

Tuesday: Hiity Bitty (App)

Wednesday: Caribbean Kettlebell (App) + 30 min Cardio

Thursday: Ultimate Bootycall + Bikini Arms + Stretch & Release (app)

Friday: 45 Min Cardio

Saturday: Beach Ball (App) + 1 hr activity (walk, hike, bike, etc.)

Sunday: Yoga (The schedule calls for Set the Bar but it’s not on the app and I never did this anyways)

*I’m really curious as to why they leveled the difficulty way down over time. I know it’s discouraging for things to be too difficult but For example, Kayla itsines built in four weeks of beginner program to hers instead of making everything a beginner workout. 🤷🏻‍♀️
