Thursday: Bikini Arms + Bikini Arms Workout (App) + 45 min Cardio
Friday: Advanced Metaboost (App) (It’s supposed to be fine toning + beach barre)
Saturday: Foam Roll + 30 min Walk
Sunday: 10k
