Tuesday: Bikini Kettlebell (App) + 30 min low intensity cardio
Wednesday: Bikini Buns & Thighs + Coconut Core & Booty (App)
Thursday: Sunrise Sculpting + Bikini Yoga + Tight & Toned Core (App)
Friday: 45 min Cardio
Saturday: Mermaid (YouTube) + Beach Ball (App)
Sunday: 60 min Cardio + Beach Arms (App)
